These Referral Program Terms & Conditions govern participation in the OneDosh Referral Program. By participating in the Referral Program, users agree to these Terms & Conditions, OneDoshʼs applicable user terms, privacy policies, product terms, and any additional rules, disclosures, eligibility requirements, or instructions provided by OneDosh. OneDosh may update, modify, pause, extend, cancel, or terminate the Referral Program at any time in its sole discretion
Campaign Period The Referral Program is expected to launch on or around July 20, 2026 and run for approximately seven (7) days until July 20, 2026, unless extended, modified, paused, or ended earlier by OneDosh. OneDosh may extend, modify, pause, or end the Referral Program earlier at any time based on campaign performance, operational needs, compliance requirements, fraud prevention, product availability, budget limits, or other business considerations
Referral Reward Eligible users may receive a referral reward when they invite a qualifying new user to OneDosh and that referred user completes all required qualifying actions. The current proposed reward structure is:
Referrer reward: $5 Referred user reward: $5
Rewards may be paid in USD, USD equivalent, NGN equivalent, wallet credit, account credit, points, or another form determined by OneDosh. Reward availability, payment timing, and payment method may vary based on account status, region, product availability, wallet access, supported currencies, compliance requirements, fraud checks, and operational considerations.
Referral rewards are not guaranteed and will only be issued after OneDosh confirms that all qualifying requirements have been satisfied
Qualifying Referral Requirements To qualify as a successful referral, the referred user must complete all required actions, including ● Sign up for OneDosh using a valid referral link or referral code ● Complete onboarding and all required identity verification, including KYC, where applicable ● Activate or have access to a OneDosh USD wallet, where available ● Deposit at least $25 into their OneDosh USD wallet ● Maintain an account in good standing; and ● Pass all applicable compliance, fraud, eligibility, and account review checks
A referred user will not qualify if they do not complete the required steps, fail verification, are flagged for fraud or abuse, are not eligible for the relevant wallet or product, or otherwise fail to satisfy OneDoshʼs campaign requirements
USD Wallet Deposit Requirement For this campaign, the referred user must deposit at least $25 into their OneDosh USD wallet. The deposit must be made through a supported funding method and must be successfully received, reflected, and accepted within the OneDosh app. OneDosh will determine whether a deposit qualifies based on internal records, partner confirmations, transaction status, compliance review, account status, and fraud prevention checks. Deposits that are reversed, rejected, refunded, charged back, incomplete, flagged, suspicious, fraudulent, or otherwise determined by OneDosh not to meet campaign requirements may be disqualified.
No Card Transaction Requirement This campaign does not require the referred user to complete a card transaction in order for the referral reward to be earned. OneDosh may introduce separate card-focused campaigns in the future with different eligibility requirements, reward structures, transaction requirements, or promotional terms
Reward Timing and Payment Referral rewards will be issued only after OneDosh confirms that all required qualifying actions havevbeen completed and the referred user has passed applicable compliance, fraud, eligibility, and account review checks. Reward timing may vary based on transaction processing, wallet activation, partner confirmations, fraud checks, payout availability, account status, and operational capacity. OneDosh does not guarantee immediate reward payment. Rewards may be delayed, withheld, adjusted, reversed, or denied if OneDosh determines that a referral does not meet the campaign requirements or violates the spirit or terms of the Referral Program
Referral Limits and Campaign Caps OneDosh may set limits on the number of referrals, rewards, eligible referred users, campaign participants, total campaign budget, or maximum rewards available per user. OneDosh may close the campaign early if the campaign budget, referral cap, operational limit, fraud threshold, or other internal limit is reached.
OneDosh may also limit, deny, delay, reverse, or adjust rewards where it determines that activity is inconsistent with the purpose of the Referral Program
Eligibility To participate, users must have a OneDosh account in good standing and must comply with all applicable OneDosh terms, policies, campaign rules, and legal requirements. OneDosh may limit participation based on location, account status, verification status, supported wallet access, product availability, compliance requirements, fraud review, partner requirements, or any other eligibility criteria determined by OneDosh.
Existing users may act as referrers if eligible. Referred users must be new OneDosh users.
Employees, contractors, ambassadors, influencers, agency partners, or other affiliated parties may be subject to separate eligibility rules, disclosures, or restrictions
Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification OneDosh reserves the right to investigate, delay, deny, reverse, or disqualify any referral, reward, account, deposit, or activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, misleading, artificial, suspicious, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Referral Program.
Prohibited activity includes fake accounts, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, bot activity, spam, manipulated signups, recycled users, unauthorized incentives, misleading promotion, suspicious deposits, chargebacks, reversals, coordinated abuse, artificial engagement, or any attempt to game the reward system.
OneDosh may suspend or terminate accounts, withhold or reverse rewards, disqualify users from current or future promotions, and take any other action it deems appropriate where fraud or abuse is suspected or confirmed. OneDoshʼs decision regarding eligibility, qualification, reward approval, disqualification, and payout shall be final
Yield Product Disclosure Eligible users may earn up to 3% APY on qualifying USD balances held in their OneDosh USD wallet.
Yield availability, rate, payment schedule, eligible balances, supported regions, and user eligibility may vary based on product availability, account status, compliance requirements, partner availability, applicable law, and OneDoshʼs internal requirements. Yield is separate from the Referral Program reward. Participation in the Referral Program does not guarantee eligibility for yield, and eligibility for yield does not guarantee eligibility for referral rewards.
The stated APY is not guaranteed and may change at any time. OneDosh may change, pause, reduce, discontinue, or modify the yield product, APY, eligibility requirements, payment schedule, or related offering at any time
Marketing and Approved Messaging Users, creators, ambassadors, influencers, partners, and affiliates may only use approved OneDosh messaging when promoting the Referral Program. Participants may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved claims about OneDosh, referral rewards, yield, APY, guaranteed earnings, deposits, withdrawals, wallet balances, transaction timing, product availability, cards, fees, or supported markets.
Any promotion of OneDosh, the Referral Program, or the USD wallet yield product must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising standards, and OneDosh brand and compliance guidelines
Product Availability The Referral Program may be available alongside supported product features, funding methods, wallet functionality, partner integrations, on-ramp availability, and other OneDosh services. Product availability may vary by user, region, account status, verification status, supported wallet access, partner availability, and compliance requirements.
OneDosh may delay, modify, restrict, or cancel any aspect of the Referral Program if product features, funding methods, wallet functionality, compliance requirements, partner support, operational processes, or support readiness require adjustment.
No Financial Advice Nothing in the Referral Program, related marketing, or any yield-related communication constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice.
Users should review all applicable terms and make their own decisions before depositing funds, participating in campaigns, using OneDosh products, or relying on any promotional offer
Taxes and User Responsibility Users are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, fees, or other responsibilities that may arise from receiving referral rewards, incentives, wallet credits, yield, or other promotional benefits.
OneDosh does not provide tax advice
Program Changes OneDosh may modify, pause, extend, cancel, or terminate the Referral Program at any time. OneDosh may also change eligibility requirements, reward amounts, payout timing, campaign duration, deposit requirements, fraud controls, reward limits, or any other campaign term at its sole discretion.
Any changes may apply immediately unless otherwise stated
Final Decision OneDosh has sole discretion to determine whether a referral qualifies, whether a user is eligible, whether a reward should be paid, delayed, denied, adjusted, or reversed, and whether any activity violates these Terms & Conditions. OneDoshʼs decisions are final and binding
