These Referral Program Terms & Conditions govern participation in the OneDosh Inc. (“OneDosh”) Referral Program. By participating in the Referral Program, Users agree to these Terms & Conditions, OneDosh’s applicable User terms, privacy policies, product terms, and any additional rules, disclosures, eligibility requirements, or instructions provided by OneDosh.
OneDosh may update, modify, pause, extend, cancel, or terminate the Referral Program at any time in its sole discretion. Users will be notified where there has been any updates, modifications, extension, cancellation or termination.
Campaign Period
The Referral Program officially launches on October 1, 2026 and shall remain active until October 31, 2026 or as otherwise determined at the discretion of OneDosh.
OneDosh reserves the right to modify, pause, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice, based on campaign performance, operational capacity, compliance requirements, fraud prevention, product availability, budget allocations, or other business considerations.
- Referral Reward Structure (Give $1.00 / Get $1.00)
Eligible Users may receive a referral reward when they invite a qualifying new User to OneDosh and that referred User successfully completes all required qualifying actions.
The reward structure for this campaign is:
• Referrer Reward: $1.00 USD
• Referred User Reward: $1.00 USD
Rewards may be disbursed in USD, USD equivalent, NGN equivalent, USDC, wallet balance credit, account credit, or another form determined by OneDosh. Reward availability, payment timing, and payout methods may vary based on account status, region, product availability, wallet access, supported currencies, compliance requirements, fraud checks, and operational considerations.
Referral rewards are not guaranteed and will only be credited after OneDosh independently verifies and confirms that all qualifying requirements have been strictly satisfied. - Qualifying Referral Requirements
To qualify as a successful referral for both the Referrer and the Referred User, the referred User must satisfy all of the following requirements:
1. Sign up for OneDosh using a valid referral link or referral code;
2. Complete onboarding and all required customer due diligence and identity verification (KYC) procedures;
3. Activate or hold an active, verified OneDosh wallet;
4. Deposit a qualifying minimum amount through an approved external funding rail during the Campaign Period, consisting of either:
a. A minimum deposit of $25.00 USD via the Bridge USD rail; or
b. A minimum deposit of ₦19,500 NGN via the Paga NGN rail;
5. Maintain an account in good standing without compliance restrictions; and
6. Pass all internal compliance, risk, anti-fraud, duplicate account, and security reviews.
A referred User will not qualify if they fail onboarding, abandon identity verification, are flagged for suspicious or fraudulent activity, attempt self-referral, or fail to complete the qualifying deposit requirement while the campaign is active. - Qualifying Deposit Requirements ($25.00 USD / ₦19,500 NGN Minimum)
For the purposes of this campaign, the referred user must complete a qualifying deposit into their OneDosh wallet meeting one of the following criteria:
• Supported Funding Channels: The deposit must be initiated through an approved external funding rail and successfully clear, settle, and reflect in the user’s OneDosh wallet balance:
• Bridge USD: Minimum deposit of $25.00 USD; or
• Paga NGN: Minimum deposit of ₦19,500 NGN.
• Exclusions: Internal domestic peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers between OneDosh accounts, internal balance adjustments, promotional credits, and voucher redemptions do not count toward the deposit requirement.
• Disqualification: Deposits that are reversed, cancelled, refunded, charged back, incomplete, flagged, or otherwise deemed fraudulent, suspicious, or circular by OneDosh will result in immediate disqualification and revocation of associated rewards. - No Card Transaction Requirement
This campaign does not require the referred User to execute a virtual or physical card transaction in order to unlock the $1.00 referral reward.
OneDosh may introduce separate card-spend campaigns or transactional volume benchmarks in future programs under separate promotional terms.
- Reward Timing, Payout, and Verification Holds
Referral rewards will be issued only after OneDosh confirms that all qualifying actions have been completed and both accounts pass automated and manual risk reviews.
• Settlement Holds: Rewards may be subject to a holding period (up to 72 hours or longer) following deposit clearance to ensure the initial qualifying deposit is not subjected to chargeback, reversal, or immediate circular withdrawal.
• No Instant Payout Guarantees: Rewards are not issued instantly and are subject to verification. Once all qualifying requirements are met and verified, referral rewards will be credited to eligible accounts within ten (10) working days.
• Adjustment Rights: Rewards may be delayed, withheld, adjusted, reversed, or denied if OneDosh determines that a referral fails to meet campaign requirements or violates the intended purpose of the Referral Program. - Referral Limits, Budgets, and Campaign Caps
• Individual Referral Cap: Each individual Referrer may successfully refer a maximum of five (5) qualifying Users, for a total maximum lifetime reward of $5.00 USD under this campaign. Referrals in excess of five (5) will not earn referral rewards.
• Program Ceilings: OneDosh reserves the right to enforce aggregate budget ceilings, participant quotas, and maximum referral counts across the campaign.
• Termination & Capping: OneDosh may terminate, pause, or restrict the campaign immediately at its discretion if the allocated campaign budget, operational limit, referral threshold, or risk boundary is reached. Rewards may be capped, withheld, or adjusted where referral activity is determined to be unnatural, commercialized without authorization, or inconsistent with fair consumer participation. - Eligibility
• Market Eligibility: This campaign is strictly open to Users who are based in Nigeria.
• Referrers: Must hold an active OneDosh account in good standing and maintain compliance with all user terms and identity verification requirements.
• Referred Users: Must be first-time, net-new OneDosh users who have never previously registered an account, email, phone number, or device with OneDosh.
• Exclusions: Employees, contractors, agency partners, corporate affiliates, and participants in separate creator or ambassador commission programs may be excluded from participating in or receiving rewards under this standard consumer referral campaign. - Anti-Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification Safeguards
OneDosh strictly monitors referral integrity and reserves the right to audit, freeze, withhold, or claw back rewards, as well as suspend or terminate associated accounts, for any activity deemed fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative.
Prohibited behavior includes, without limitation:
• Creating fake, synthetic, duplicate, or secondary accounts;
• Self-referrals or referring associates using shared devices, IPs, or payment methods;
• Device emulation, bot automation, script manipulation, and click farms;
• Circular funding cycles (depositing $25.00 USD or ₦19,500 NGN to trigger rewards followed by immediate withdrawal without platform utility);
• Spamming referral links via unsolicited mass messaging, SMS blasts, or paid search bidding on OneDosh trademarks; and
• Any coordinated attempt to exploit the promotional reward framework.
All determinations by OneDosh regarding fraud, suspicious activity, account eligibility, and qualification are final, non-negotiable, and binding. - Yield Product Disclosure
Eligible Users may earn up to 3% Annual Percentage Yield on qualifying USD balances held in their OneDosh USD wallet.
• Independence: Yield functionality is separate and distinct from Referral Program rewards. Participation in this Referral Program does not guarantee eligibility for yield, and earning referral rewards does not impact yield calculations.
• Variable Rates: The stated APY is variable, not guaranteed, and may change or be discontinued at any time based on partner terms, market conditions, compliance standards, and product availability. - Marketing, Promotion, and Content Guidelines
Referrers must comply with OneDosh brand safety and advertising standards:
• Approved Messaging Only: Participants must represent the reward structure accurately ($1.00 reward upon a verified $25.00 USD or ₦19,500 NGN deposit, up to a maximum of 5 referrals/$5.00 total).
• Prohibited Claims: Users shall not describe OneDosh as a bank, guarantee returns or profits, promise instant payouts, or misrepresent transaction processing times.
• Transparency: Referrers sharing links publicly must disclose the material connection (e.g., using #OneDoshReferral or clear text indicating they earn a reward upon qualifying signups). - No Financial Advice
Nothing contained in the Referral Program, associated promotional materials, or yield features constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Users are solely responsible for evaluating platform utility, funding options, and promotional terms before depositing funds. - Taxes and Reporting Obligations
Referrers are solely responsible for all tax liabilities, filings, reporting, and withholding obligations arising from referral rewards, credits, or yield earned under this program. OneDosh does not provide tax advice. - Program Modification and Termination
OneDosh reserves the right to modify, pause, suspend, extend, or permanently terminate the Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. OneDosh may alter reward amounts, qualifying deposit thresholds, verification workflows, eligibility criteria, or payment mechanisms at its sole discretion. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing OneDosh’s primary User Terms of Service. Any disputes arising out of or related to this campaign shall be handled via the dispute resolution procedures set forth in OneDosh’s general terms. - Support and Inquiries
