Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy setting that users can enable in certain web browsers. Currently, we do not recognize or respond to DNT signals.

13. How to Delete Your OneDosh Account

If you wish to permanently delete your OneDosh account, please follow the steps below. Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will no longer be able to access your wallet, cards, balances, or transaction history. Your account will be permanently closed once the process is complete.Step-by-Step Account Deletion Process
Log in to your OneDosh app: Open the app and sign in using your registered email and password (or Face ID / fingerprint).
Go to your Profile: Tap Profile → Account Information → Delete Account.
Verify your identity: For security, confirm your identity using one of the following methods:
Account password
One-time verification code (OTP) sent to your registered email
Face ID or fingerprint authentication
Review important information: You’ll be shown a summary of what happens when your account is deleted:
You will permanently lose access to your wallet and all balances.
You will not be able to send or receive funds.
Some personal and KYC data will be securely retained as required by financial regulations.
Check and resolve pending items: Before deletion, ensure:
All wallet funds are withdrawn.
All pending transactions are cancelled.
Any active virtual cards are deleted or closed.
(Optional) Provide feedback: You can tell us why you’re leaving or share feedback to help us improve.
Important: Withdraw Your Funds — If your wallet still contains funds, you’ll be prompted with the message:
“Your account still contains ₦[amount] / $[amount]. Please withdraw your funds before continuing. Once your account is deleted, any remaining balance will no longer be accessible.”
You must withdraw your remaining funds before proceeding. If you choose to continue without withdrawing, you’ll see one final confirmation:“By confirming deletion, you acknowledge that any remaining funds will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.”
You must check “I understand” to continue.Confirm deletion: Review the summary and tap Confirm Deletion. You’ll be automatically signed out, and your account will be permanently closed.
Email confirmation: You’ll receive an email titled “Your OneDosh account has been deleted.”From that point, you’ll no longer receive marketing or transactional messages.
Additional Information
Eligibility: Only verified (KYC-approved) users can delete their accounts. Users with incomplete or rejected KYC cannot proceed until verification is complete.
Username & Email: Your registered email and username remain tied to your deleted account for compliance and audit purposes. They cannot be reused for new sign-ups.
Incoming Transactions: Transfers to a deleted account will fail with an error message such as “This account no longer exists — please confirm recipient details.”
Reactivation: Deleted accounts can only be reactivated through OneDosh’s Compliance or Support team following identity verification.

14. Changes To This Notice

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal or regulatory requirements, or to keep it accurate and relevant. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on our website at www.onedosh.com and revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Policy. Where appropriate, we may also notify you through other means, such as email or a prominent notice on our website.Your continued use of our services after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your personal information.
